Amy and Moureen were referred to us by my parents when we were looking for an agent.  We had tried to sell our home the previous summer and we were on a strict timeline.  We eventually took it off of the market and relisted it the following summer with Amy and Moureen.  Our first meeting went great and their dedication and passion were evident from the beginning.  They communicate effectively and were very accommodating when it came to not only show our home but also taking us out to see prospective homes.  When visiting possible homes they were very honest and did not try to "sell" us on anything that was not right for our family.  Eventually, we accepted an offer for our house and purchased a new one.  Amy and Moureen were very knowledgeable on both ends of each transaction and we were informed and pleased through every step of the process.  The neighbors across the street from our new home also used Amy and Maureen.  We recently exchanged stories about how sweet they were and how pleasant the process was.

Always responsive

Amy represented my family while looking for a new home in Anaheim Hills.  Since we were not familiar with the area, she spent almost a whole day showing us different neighborhoods and areas where we might want to live.  She was fun and very easygoing when taking us around town.  Once we found a home we wanted to buy, she was fantastic at helping us navigate the challenging process.  We had a few snags along the way with the mortgage company and the seller, but Amy was very responsive and proactive at every juncture and helped keep the process moving efficiently.  She even renegotiated the offer price at one point and saved us several thousand dollars.  We got the home we wanted and couldn't be happier with it.  A few months after we moved in, we had a plumbing leak...I called Amy for help and she walked us through how to make a homeowner's insurance claim and the problem got fixed pretty quickly. As a real estate photographer, I get the unique opportunity to observe the people I work with actually interact with their own clients in real time.  I have to say, working with Moureen and Amy is always a success because their customer service skills are absolutely impeccable.  They really respect people's time and both are extremely thorough.  As one of their vendors, I feel that they go out of their way in marketing their listings.  First, they almost always ask for additional photos of the neighborhood if they feel there is at least one feature that may be attractive or interesting to a potential buyer.  This makes the listing more detailed and attracts the right kind of buyer to the property.  Second, they write up the listing descriptions with just the kind of on-the-spot accuracy that filters out looky-loos and gets to the right buyer.  Their success is 100% deserved.
